All DS Colleagues can:

  • View the company org chart and directory and filter by information they have access to.

  • View colleague’s work contact information and role i.e. preferred name, work email, work phone if applicable, job title and departments.

  • View homepage company announcements and every day changes (new joiners, who’s out, work anniversaries).

  • View Company Docs and My Docs for all documents issued to an employee.

  • Participate in company engagement survey and polls.

  • Make changes to their personal data.  

All People Managers can:

  • View their direct and indirect report’s profiles, including compensation and/or rate details.

  • Manage their new joiner’s probation status.

  • Use Analytics Module to view reports about their direct and indirect reports.
