Introducing the DS Behaviours Framework
Get ready to bring our values to life! Our values are the foundation of our culture and an essential part of who we are as a company. To bring these values to life in our day-to-day work, we’ve been working on translating them into a clear set of observable behaviours. This collaborative process, which included input from over 300 colleagues, ensures the framework reflects our shared vision for a values-aligned culture and gives us a common language for how we work together.
