As a manager you can use the Job Change Request workflow in Bob to request:
Reporting line change
Job title change
Lateral moves
Off-cycle pay review
Prior to requesting changes in Bob consult it with your manager.
For off-cycle pay changes, refer to the Off cycle pay change article.
For changes that impact more than one colleague, complete the template from Bob and submit it via People Team Support ticket. Templates can be found in the Company Docs section of Bob.
To request a job change for your team member:
Go to Bob.
Use the search box at the top and type your team member’s name to go to their profile
From the top right of your screen select Actions.
Select Update profile.
Select Job Change Request.
Click on the Add button.
Complete the details.
Important notes:

Reasons with no associated Compensation change
In role change: Use this for working pattern, job title or reporting line changes. Job role has not changed but some job attributes of the role have changed.
Lateral move: Person is changing job within or to a different department, but not a promotion.
This change may include an entity change.

Reasons including an associated Compensation change
Compensation review: Most pay changes are expected to be managed through the annual salary and bonus (pay) review process in April. Refer to the Off cycle pay change article.
Promotion: New job title, increased responsibilities and compensation increase.
Effective Date of Change: The date when the change officially commences. For changes that include compensation adjustments, this is the date when the new salary becomes effective.
Details: Include full information of what is changing, e.g. the new job title, manager, department or working pattern.
Compensation review required: Provide the justification details and any internal or external benchmarking.
Next steps:
This request will go to the People Partner for approval.
They will have a discussion with you about the request.
If denied, you will receive an email with details of the rejection and next steps.

If approved:
People Partner will update the colleague’s profile in Bob.
You will receive a task to approve it. Approve it only once you’ve had the conversation with the colleague. Once you approve the task, the updated details will be visible in Bob.
People Partner will issue required documentation to the colleague.
You can see a record of all approved Job Change Requests at the bottom of your team members profile in the Job Change Request category.
