The annual bonus review takes place in February, with bonuses paid out in the March payroll. This process follows your end-of-year discussions with direct reports. You will be asked to submit bonus recommendations for the individual component of the bonus, based on their performance and contributions during the year.
For the 2025 review, we are planning to use the Bob compensation module and detailed guidance will be provided.
It's important that these recommendations are not a surprise to employees and align with end-of-year discussions where expectations should have been managed. All recommendations require review and sign-off by functional leads, with final approval from the Management Board.
Once the year-end financial results have been completed and signed off by Holtzbrinck the Reward team will inform you of the final total bonus award for employees in your area, which you can then communicate.
