The annual salary review process takes place in February/ March each year, with changes reflected in the April payroll.
From 2026 onwards, we will utilise the Bob compensation module for this process, and detailed guidance will be provided. Functional leadership teams will be requested to submit salary change recommendations for their respective areas. All recommendations are subject to final approval from the Management Board.
Please note that certain exclusions, such as length of service or performance management issues, may affect eligibility.
