Private Medical Insurance

DS launched private health insurance as a new benefit in Spain as of July 1st, 2025. This will be fully funded by Digital Science for you and will not be deducted from the benefits allowance that you receive (there will be a small salary-in-kind IRPF tax cost). You will also have the opportunity for your dependents (spouses or partners, and children up to 29 years old) to take out health insurance (under the same premiums and conditions), so that they are also covered and protected, and thus benefit from all the advantages of enjoying a comprehensive corporate health insurance scheme at a competitive rate (€84.43 per person per month). 

Allowances

Home working allowance: 600 Euros per year.

Benefits allowance: 3840 Euros per year.

Enhanced sick pay - 100% pay for first 4 weeks (deductions apply after this length)
