To request changes to your working schedule:

  1. Review the ‘Eligibility & Requirements per country’ section below.

  2. Send the request to your manager.

Your manager may approve the request or reject it due to business needs, demands or requirements. The reason of rejection may include: other team members being on a long term leave or having specific work arrangements already in place.

If your manager approves the request, they will raise a change request in Bob to complete the process.

Day 1 of employment. 

Maximum of 2 requests in a 12 month period

Must respond within 2 months 

Spain

12 months continuous service 

Maximum of 1 request in a 12 month period

Employers must respond within 15 days ( unless otherwise specified in a collective agreement) 

Germany

26 weeks (6 months) continuous service. 

The request should be submitted in writing at least 3 months before the desired start date of the change

 

Romania

No set criteria

 

Netherlands

26 weeks (6 months) continuous service.

The request should be submitted in writing at least two months before the desired start date of the change

 

Australia

12 months continuous service 

Employers must respond within 21 days of receiving the request

US

No set criteria

Best practice -  within 2 months of the request
