These objectives are designed to be your roadmap, helping you not only settle into your new role but also build a strong foundation for your long-term growth and success with us.

Learning about the role & the business

  • Understand your team’s objectives and how your role contributes

  • Learn the tools, systems, and processes you’ll use daily

  • Familiarize yourself with Digital Science’s products, services, and culture

Building relationships

  • Get to know your manager, team members, and key stakeholders

  • Establish regular check-ins with your manager

  • Participate in team meetings and discussions

Delivering early contributions

How objectives work in practice

  • Your manager will help you set clear objectives in Bob (our HR system) during your first week.

  • Objectives should be specific, realistic, and achievable within 3 months.

  • These objectives will be reviewed at your check-ins (30, 60, and 90 days).
