Our company standard meeting software Google Meet has the ability to transcribe the meeting content, and send it to the meeting organiser’s Google Drive. Please be mindful of privacy practises when using these features.

  1. During your google meet click the three dots, then Manage Recording

  1. On the recording screen tick the box entitled “Also start a transcript”

  1. You can then stop the recording of the meeting video and audio if you like, but have the transcription continue by toggling the “Also stop transcribing” button as you wish.
